Writing Words

Brayden and William are learning to write words that they can read in their books.
"I can write lots of is's!" said William.
"I can write over your is Mrs Johnson" said Brayden.

Counting Using the Hundreds Board

During our play today I was using the hundreds board and counting the numbers.  I am really good at reading the numbers up to 10.

I have been working really hard learning how to hold my pen correctly.

Author's Chair

Brayden has been working really hard during Write to Self time. He is really good at writing the letter B in his name and now he is learning how to write the other letters in his name. Keep up the great learning, Brayden!

Today during play time, Brayden decided to work on his goal of learning how to write his name. Brayden can write a capital B and an r. Today, we were practicing on how to write an 'a' too. You are working so hard on your goal Brayden.
